Organic Fruit Punch

February 24, 2014

Once you have tried this, you will never buy store bought juice again. In attempt to reduce my intake of high frutose corn syrup and processed white sugars, I decided to make my own organic fruit punch. The reviews have been amazing in my family and friends, so I hope you too will love it. Enjoy!!

You will need:

Pack of Organic Strawberries

Bag of Organic Lemons

1 Organic Orange

8 oz. Pomegranate Juice

Organic Agave Nectar, Raw Cane Sugar or Stevia

4 quarts of water (Alkaline)

6 quart pot

10 quart pot/bowl

Blender

Basket Strainer

Citrus Juicer (Hand)

Giant Mixing spoon

Instructions:

Rinse and cut tops of strawberries. Place in blender and pour in 4 cups of water. Take remainder of water and place in 6 quart pot and warm. Puree strawberries until completely liquified. Place strainer over 10 quart pot/bowl and transfer strawberry mixture into basket strainer. Strain until pulp remains. Rinse out basket strainer, place back over 10 quart pot/bowl. Using Citrus Juicer, juice bag of lemons over basket, so all seeds and pulp is caught. Do the same with the orange (can also juice into separate bowl and pour into strainer). Remove water from stove and pour into mixture; stir well. Add Pomegranate juice and stir again. Sweeten to taste with agave nectar, Organic raw can sugar or stevia.  Chill for a day or pour over ice.

Yields 4 quarts
